How do I care for my Bumcessories Diapers?
Bumcessories are single use
diapers. Wash and dry both diaper
and stuffer after each use.
Do not use diaper rash
creams/ointments with Bumcessories Diapers. The diaper cream will cause a build up on the diapers and
they will not perform correctly.
In our experiences, babies have not suffered from diaper rash while
using Bumcessories diapers.
When wet, separate insert
from diaper and store in a dry diaper pail with no lid.
If soiled, simply dump
solids into toilet. Small solids
stuck to lining will dissolve in wash.
It is recommended that you
wash diapers at least every 2-3 days. Sprinkle baking soda in your diaper pail
between washings.
How do I stuff Bumcessories Diapers?
Use my preferred stuffers
(Microfiber or Hemp Fleece Stuffers) or anything that will absorb. You will fold (if needed) to the desired
width and put in opening of the diaper.
If you have a boy you can put all the stuffers in the front of the
diaper where it will need to absorb.
If you have a girl you can focus the stuffers in the middle of the diaper
making sure that the stuffers are against the sides of the diaper.
How do I use a Bumcessories Diaper as a swim diaper?
Are you ready for this
one? It is as easy as not stuffing
the diaper.
Why is my cloth diaper leaking?
Diapers (cloth or disposable)
leak is if there is not enough absorbency left in the diaper or the absorbency
layer is not in the correct location.
You will either need to change more frequently, add more stuffers, or
change the location of the stuffer to resolve this issue.
