Right after our son was born in 2005, I asked for a sewing machine for Christmas. Santa was good to me that year. My first project was a Christmas tree skirt. When our son was about 4 months old, the cloth diaper thought crossed my mind. I researched and ordered a few diapers online. When I got them I was very disappointed. I said I could make better cloth diapers. So I did. My husband continued to tell me I should sell them. Then one day a lady he worked with asked to buy a few diapers from me. That made me open my eyes that my diapers might really be good. You know how your husband or significant other will always tell you your work is great but is it? :-)

As our son grew and friends children got older my projects branched out. I just love when someone will mention something they would like and then ask, "Can you do that?" If you have an idea please send me a message so we can discuss it!

Our daughter was born in 2013. Yes big age gap. It was not really my plan but it was the plan for the big man upstairs. It is wonderful to watch him as a loving big brother. She just loves him so much! Now I have a mile long list of things to make for her. She is my biggest helper during the day. I am sure you will see her modeling items as well.
